The paperless office conference system is a paperless conference system tailored for government agencies, enterprises, institutions and large group companies. Meeting Materials and Content Management:

· Supports viewing meeting materials by meeting topic groups, and supports consulting meeting materials in Word, PPT, PDF, Excel, pictures, videos, etc.

· Supports multiple meeting topics under each meeting, uploading different meeting materials under each topic, and configuring different participants under each topic.

Voting Functionality:

· Supports initiating already created voting items and also allows for the temporary creation of voting content through the meeting terminal.

· Meeting voting supports customizing the voting duration, supports more than three types of voting, realizes both real-name and anonymous voting methods, and allows participants to input their voting opinions during the voting period.

· The meeting voted in favor of customizing the list of participants for voting.

· The meeting voted in favor of preventing voyeurization of the voting content, as other participants cannot view it during the voting process.
